| The Academy provides assistance to citizens’ groups and NGOs to enable them to develop and strengthen their communities and take responsibility for their own well-being as well as others in their environment. It aims to activate local communities and groups threatened with social exclusion, i.e. youth, seniors and the long-term unemployed. |
